At banjaratrail, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the invoice is included inside the parcel.
Ship the Parcel
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
